It’s hard to imagine how this became a thing, but it makes sense when you learn that it originated in San Fransisco. Now, public libraries across the nation have been hosting Drag Queen Story Hour – events in which drag queens read books to children and engage in other “learning” activities.
The idea is to expose kids to the LGBT community early on so they they will grow up thinking it’s normal, essentially removing the stigma surrounding LGBT lifestyles.
While consenting adults have the right to do whatever they mutually consent to, there’s absolutely no reason to indoctrinate children with this level of insanity. Kids who are just learning to read and write don’t need lessons on sexuality and kinks. They need to be allowed to enjoy their childhood, learning skills that will be helpful in their lives.
